Just got back from a super filling supper and am in a current state of revelation that we are already in the month of August. Gosh. Seems like not too long ago that I was still celebrating my birthday this year. Honestly wish that time would slow down and not pass so quickly just cos I have so much to do and too little time to make things happen.
Have an upcoming trip to Hong Kong of which I've yet to plan the itinerary, just bits and pieces, here and there. Then, I'll pretty much be done for leisure trips for the year I guess. (excluding impending work trips) Trips are so expensive these days. Our flight alone to HK during National Day weekend is $600. $600!!! I can think of better things to do with that $ like contributing that to Amelia's Baking Funds.
May August be filled with lots of baking. My westie friends are lucky people with new bakes that I stuff them silly with, especially J, the boys and Char. I spent 3 hours in the kitchen at 3am last night rearranging my entire kitchen. I'm currently obsessed with organizing everything in my kitchen, also because I'm trying to make space for my new kitchenaid and my (going-to-purchase) espresso machine. That'll prob. cost my another 2k. I don't even shop for apparels anymore because I'm spending all my $ on groceries and food and equipment. If only I'm as particular about my room as I am about my kitchen in terms of organization lol.

Why do girls whine? Is it because guys just generally like the whiney sort of girls (urgh) or they just think it gets them what they need and want? Even if you want to whine, at least whine about rational stuff like when he forgets a certain something or cancels on you, whine about it. If you want to whine about minute extravagant stuff, I will slap you. (i swear) But I'm pretty sure we're not even friends. Whining like a princess - huge no-no. You are not a princess unless you ask Disney to cast you in a film :D
